Our Process

  • NEEDS ANALYSIS:  We'll begin with a phone conversation to learn more about your project and assess your remodeling needs.
  • SPACE EVALUATION:  Next, we'll provide a free in-home consultation to gather space measurements and assess your and your family's needs. Depending on the number of rooms we'll measure, you can plan on 30 minutes to an hour.  We'll design a custom plan that will maximize your space and fulfill your specific needs.*
  • PLAN REVIEW:  We'll review your plans together - either "in person" in our showroom or virtually via Zoom -  and make any changes/ additions/ deletions.
  • PROJECT COMMITMENT: When you're ready to move forward, we'll collect a 50% deposit and send your order into production. Based on manufacturing turnaround, we'll schedule your installation date and send you information on how to best prepare for our arrival.
  • INSTALLATION: We'll arrive when scheduled to install your project and leave you with a clean, ready-to-fill space.
  • WRAP UP: We'll collect your final balance and ask for your feedback in the form of a review so we can share your experience with other homeowners who want to get organized and feel good, too!



* A design deposit may be required depending on the size and scope of the job.  The design fee will apply toward your project purchase.
